This hunting lease is leased and not available. This 80-acre property located in Montgomery County is all wooded and has not been timbered in over 30 years. The border to the northwest is the Uwharrie National Forest and to the northeast is a creek. Another spring is present in the center of the property, water is not an issue here. Several oaks of all types are on the property. So, when mast is present you have an excellent food source. The property has a good access road, and it is gated. I found several good trails, some rubs and old scraps from last season during my inspection. Property is made of rolling ridges and should hunt easily. ATV and camping are acceptable for hunting purposes only.
